Great culinary adventure

We had an amazing time cooking with Sonja and Raghubhir! They were quite patient with us as we made the various dishes and the food turned out really well for our first try. They also gave us good feedback for when we prepare it the next time. Despite the challenges in Nepal with a stable power supply, we were able to connect using a data connection that worked quite well. Highly recommend!

I will practice later.

I just watched the cookingclass and was very satisfied about the live instructions. Together with the preparation instructions I am sure I will manage to prepare this meal myself. And I know the great cooking quality of Ragubhir already. A special experience, happy that so many people participated.

the real dal bhat

the hosts were very nice and the recepy and instructions were clear. Sometimes it was a bit chaotic but they always checked up on how everybody was doing and they took the time for explaining everything. I had a lot of fun making it and had (of course) a very nice meal afterwards!

Charming and tasty

Very nice cooking class in which you create multiple dishes. The host regularly asked feedback to make sure everyone could keep up with the instructions. The chef was able to answer all our questions and the atmosphere was very relaxed. A very nice way to get to know authentic Nepalese cuisine!
