Overview

Join the 2nd biggest festival of Nepal, Tihar. Also called Diwali or Deepawali. Candles and festive lanterns are lighted up everywhere for the Goddess of Laxmi. Therefore the festival is well-known as the festival of lights. During the festival, the local people will honour crows, dogs, cows and Laxmi, the goddess of wealth and luck.

We will take you on a short virtual live tour, through the streets of Kathmandu. Learn more about the festival en enjoy the lights. It’s a great opportunity to experience a virtual tour.
