Your data is needed to make requests, to provide you with information about your virtual tour, for relevant communication regarding the booking, for a good execution of the tour and to handle the booking and payment.

Name and address details, bank details and details of the booked tour, costs and payment will be processed for accounting purposes, accounts receivable and debt collection purposes.

We collect your data for the execution of the agreement between you and the host(s). If your tour takes place outside the EU, the necessary personal data will be passed on to local host(s) outside the EU based on the performance of the (travel) agreement with you. The travel service providers themselves are responsible for the correct processing of your personal data and are bound by the privacy rules that apply in that country.
2 Evaluation
What data do we collect from you?
We collect information including your name, the tour you booked, your travel reviews, your other feedback or information you provide in the travel review.

Basis
We collect your data on the basis of the performance of the agreement we have with you. In addition, data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the company and travel service providers in the proper evaluation of its products or services insofar as your interests should not prevail.

Data in the evaluation shall be kept for up to 2 years after the tour.
With whom do we share your data?
External processors such as a surveillance company are used to carry out the evaluation. The data can be passed on to the host(s). Depending on the situation, this is done anonymously.
3 Newsletter
What data do we collect from you?
We collect information including your name and email address.
What do we use the data for?
If you subscribe to the newsletter or are a customer of ours, your data will be used to send you the digital newsletter. We ask your name to personalize the beginning of the newsletter.
Basis
If you are not yet a customer, we will process your data insofar as you have given us permission to use or send the newsletter. If you are already a customer, we will send you a newsletter based on the legitimate commercial interest of the company in providing its customers with the most up-to-date travel offers.
How long do we retain your data?
Your data will be kept for these purposes until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter.
With whom do we share your information?
For sending the newsletter we use an external mail program.
4 Cookies & profiling
What data do we collect from you?
With your permission, we collect information about your surfing behavior and your preferences. For this purpose tracking cookies and scripts are used. We collect your IP-address.
What do we use the data for?
This data is used to build profiles so that we can show you targeted advertisements and make offers more relevant to you.

Your profile will be saved no later than 6 months after the last website visit.

Your profile is stored in our CRM software and with an external analytics service.
5 Complaints about the tour
What data do we collect from you?
We collect data including your name, the tour you took, the complaint and other information you provide in the complaint.
What do we use the data for?

If the complaint relates to the execution of the tour, we use the data for feedback to the host(s) concerned with a request for a response to the complaint.

Data relating to the complaint will be kept for up to 2 years after the complaint has been dealt with.
With whom do we share your data?
If applicable, relevant personal details and details about your complaint will be passed on to and discussed with the travel service provider, our legal counsel and/or insurer and dispute resolution bodies.

How do we secure your data?
We take all appropriate organizational and technical precautions to secure your personal data and require third parties who process your personal data for us to do the same. This includes, among other things:
